Mommy’s Helper is a free, hands-on program we offer to kids ages 12–17 to teach them the basics of vehicle care and safety. In this quarterly class, participants learn essential skills such as how to perform a safe battery boost, change a tire, check and replace engine oil, inspect and top off fluids, and follow important auto safety practices. We also cover simple maintenance tips, emergency roadside procedures, and other practical knowledge every young driver should know. By the end of the workshop, teens will have the confidence to handle common car issues, understand the importance of regular maintenance, and be better prepared for safe and responsible vehicle use in the future.
